Very nutritious Sajna stalk cooked recipe with lentils

Here I have taken the ingredients for cooking sajna stalk with lentils.

  • 1- Sajna stalk
    2- Lentils
    3- Raw chilli
    4- Chop the onion
    5- Garlic clove
    6-Crushed garlic
    7-Salt
    8-Yellow powder and
    9- Soybean oil etc.

Cooking process-

  • At first, I peeled the stalks and cut them into small pieces. In fact, it is better to remove the stalk as much as possible. Even after that, the data can be peeled off very well but it cannot be removed, but I have tried to remove the shell as much as possible. Now I have washed them well.

  • This time I have washed the lentils well. This time I took water in a pot and put lentils inside it. This time I put raw chilli, onion and garlic in it.

  • This time I put the pot in the oven. This time I will burn for a while. After a while the lentils are well cooked. This time I took it down from the stove.

  • This time I put salt and turmeric powder in it. Now I have pasted them well together.

  • This time I have given the amount of water inside it.

  • This time I put it in the oven again and set it on fire for a while. After a while, I gave the data inside. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while, the stalk is well cooked. This time I took it down from the stove.

  • This time I put a ring again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I put onion paste and crushed garlic in it. Now stir well and fry till reddish. So the chopped onion and crushed garlic are fried red.

  • This time I put the pre-cooked sajone stalks inside it. Now I will burn a little for a while. After a while, the bulk came out. Now I have taken it down from the stove.
