God created every human being with an emotion which need to be balanced. In my crypto journey, I have come to realized that depression is killing some investors and organization quietly. The year is gradually coming to an end and most investors would begin to take stock of their businesses and once there's any loopholes there will be an emotional unbalanced which can cause depression.

what's depression?

Depression could be seen as one of the familiar or commonly known health conditions that is almost synonyms to anxiety. It occurs as a result of reaction to situation like bearish or bullish trend. Depression can kill and also make someone to commit suicide when it's not properly managed. The most vulnerable set of people are the young ones.

Causes of Depression.

There are so many factors that can cause depression which are;

• When financial goals aren't achieved.
• When there's financial crises.
• Unmanaged family challenges.
• Environmental factors.
• Stress

Signs and symptoms.

There are so many signs and symptoms of depression which could be physical, emotional, etc.

• Tiredness. This is one of the common ways of getting depressed. This occurs when there's lost of energy.
• Pains. You may experience some ache,pain please don't hesitate kindly pay attention to it.
• Anxiety, sadness etc
• Low self esteem and loneliness.

How to overcome depression.

• Rest. As an entrepreneur, you may be too busy working all through the week but it's important that you take out time to rest.
• Plan and prepare for risks in the course of the business. Be open and expectant.
• Don't be alone always have good network of people with the same mind.
• Have good time for relaxation, exercise your body.
• Eat good food and don't stay hungry.

CONCLUSION

Every human being has the potential to be depressed if proper control measures aren't taken care.
