I can now say I have mastered the @spectrumecons Buying and Selling Game Contest cos again, I was declared winner of the contest #20 which makes it the 4th time in a row and the 5th time of winning the contest. For winning the contest, I also received a reward of 30 Hive.

Once again I want to encourage all to participate in the contest. It is a monthly contest and another one will be coming up later this month. Only 5 people participated in the last contest and there is enough room to accommodate more participants, this will make the contest more interesting.

The contest was about buying or producing goods with an allocated budget. Participants are given a choice of three types of goods to buy or produce. They are required to buy or produce these goods in combinations specified in the question. The participants are required to set the prices of the goods they have bought or produced.

The goal was to make the highest profit from the sale of the goods you have bought or produced.

The information provided include all the goods that can be bought in the game, costs of the goods, the maximum, minimum, mode and the diminishing utility.

The assumptions of the game are that each good has 100 potential customers, each customer can buy up to 6 of a particular good, each customer is only interested in one type of good and there is overhead cost of $200. The total budget is $5,000.

You can all check the contenst's post and the post of the contest result to learn more about the game.

All that was needed to be done in order to participate in the contest, was to comment one's answer in the particular order given and my answer was as stated below

Formal Shoes
Quantity: 30 (6 batches) Selling Price: $145
Running Shoes
Quantity: 35 (7 batches) Selling Price: $125
Indoor Shoes
Quantity: 10 (1 batches) Selling Price: $60

With my answer, I made a profit of 4,352 and was declared winner. Though someone made more profit than me but he spent beyond the budget and that was why I was still declared winner.

Kudos to all participants and special appreciation goes to the organizer.

Thanks for Dropping By !

Best regards

Dear @fatherfaith, sorry to jump in a bit off topic but may I ask you to support the HiveBuzz proposal?
It recently lost its funding, is struggling to get back above the HBD stabilizer proposal, and is in dire need of help.
You can support it on Peakd, Ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.

On behalf of The HiveBuzz team, thank you!
