After we harvested our palm kennel from the palm tree we make use cutlass and sack to remove the pod .

Then we boil the palm kennel until it is soft and use the mortal and pestle to remove the palm oil with the shaft . Do it gently so as not to break it.

Then we squeeze the shaft because the palm oil is on the shaft.

It was really a great experience.
