The maize have been doing great and fine. And today I brought another update on the progress of my maize. The maize has grown to some extent and today marks day 57 after I have planted the maize.

The maize have started bringing out tassels on top of the maize which is the male flowering part. It could come in different colours like green, yellow and purple.

The main purpose of the tassel is to produce pollen to that encourages the growth and ripening of the corn ear and the wind takes the tassels to the female flowering part of the corn

Now the maize have brought out the tassels and that means the plant plant will soon brought out corn.
