The local sponge is used here to bath in the olden days and it is still used till now most especially people local people.

I was on the field on an assignment when I saw plenty local sponge put together in one area but didn’t bare anyone around so I just took some picture of the local sponge put together. Hoping to go there when they are doing it the next day.

Since the area is my assignment place so virtually everyday I usually pass through the place so I went there again and I was hoping I did see when they are doing it and this time I met some men making the local sponge removing them and cutting them into smaller pieces.

I tried to some conversations with them to know how they got it but their language is different from mine there is language barrier which I was unable to know where they got it from. It really pain me that I don’t understand there language. But at least I was able to see something and able to see how they are doing it.
