It was quite noticeable that Annie is a counter to your Fizz, luckily Fizz has a very good disengage and escape. A Fizz ahead is very useful in damage and a champ with a lot of mobility always is better!
Against Annie it's hard because of what you say and she also tanks a lot of damage and keeps her range and her bear which is insane.
Very well controlled game bro.
