I think your composition wasn't bad, it's true that I prefer a Nautilus rather than Karma because generally supports like Karma usually don't know how to position themselves XD. I guess it's also hard to execute if you have things like Kayn and Allistar in opposing team.

Greetings my friend, yes this Karma was very lost maybe it was the first time using the champion, in the End Game we could barely eliminate one as they were all grouped together doing the objectives.
