It is your time too

A very hot Sunday afternoon here and it has made me to miss going to the swimming pool or beach. With my current location there is no beach around but for the pool I have like 4 favorite places to choose from, though my first choice will be Tyco swimming pool. Though with my task around today, swimming is not a part of it. I just finished out on washing some few clothes that I used within the week so I don’t pale up many dirty clothes around.

I actually don’t know why, but I feel positive and happy within even before I went to church in the morning and through till now as I am drafting this post, I still feel happy. At church today we had the opportunity to be spoken to by one lecturer who truly allowed himself for God to tell his word to us. I only didn’t like his style of teaching the word but he made listening to the word more enjoyable.

The theme he talked about was the workings of God, and through all his submissions I would share with you his life story which I know will boost you in faith to know and understand the power of God in our lives. In his story, as a young one who finished his masters education in 2014 finding a job was one of the hardest thing he could get. At my and here, securing a job is one of the most difficult thing one could ever get after his/her tertiary education thus first degree.

Then to even of getting one with a master’s certificate and during that time of the year IMF had given a condition to my country not to recruit anybody in the next ten years, since the economy of my country wasn’t in a good condition by that time. So to him he followed this architect around for a whole years helping him without any pay at all, and to him that was when he understood what the Israelites went through in Egypt from the Old Testament.

So leaving with his parents he decided to move and he got to one of his professors who advised him to start with his PhD, he followed his advice and apply for his PhD studies and as a young man with nothing his burden was where to get money for his fees. He was there one day any his professor called in with a good news that his friend was going to pay for his education. He had the admission and started his course, it was during that same time he went for an interview to be enrolled as a lecturer.

After his interview, he heard nothing from the school, so the time came and he was to finish his project work in the United Kingdom, which took him to apply twice for the commonwealth scholarship before he was able to move to the states to finish his project work. Then at the last days of his studies he had a call in the states that he was to start work as a lecturer in his university immediately he arrives back home.

How lovely God worked out his life for him, after even years of not hearing anything from the school after his interviews, they finally came through at a point he wasn’t expecting it at all. From nothing now he has something to thank for working great things in his life. I encourage you today that your life has a turn around too so never give up on God.
