The world of work always has good and bad sides, and I've been through both

avatar

Hello everyone..
on this occasion I will discuss about the work that I have been through, here I will tell you about the work that makes me satisfied and also the work that makes me feel irritated.

The world of work is not always fun and vice versa, the world of work is also not always bad, these two problems are always present in any job, in a workplace not everyone is lucky, and also not everyone has bad luck, there are people who can enjoy their work with pleasure and there are also those who carry out their work with feelings of sadness.

Although not for a long time, but I have worked for other people several times, I have worked in several places, and among those places of course I make judgments, which ones make me happy, and which ones I can't afford. survive, for me good or bad work is not about the type of work, but who is the boss who is responsible for the work that I am doing.

THE SWEET EXPERIENCE I GET WHEN WORKING

I had a pleasant experience when I worked as a motorcycle/car washer, that was what I did about ten years ago, at that place I really enjoyed my job, My boss never pressured me to work under pressure, he gave me flexibility to all employees including myself, there I got a lot of experience, starting from working with a team, working alone, and many other things that I got in that place.

BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN I WORKED AS A RESTAURANT SERVICE

I have experienced the opposite as well, you could say this is the place of work that I hate the most, how could I not, I worked with all my heart in a big restaurant in 2016, I have worked for almost two months and I have not received any salary at all, while other employees on average have received payments every 30 days, it really irritates me, even though I'm a new employee but the restaurant shouldn't treat me like that, considering I also need operational costs every day so I decided to meet with my boss and asked me to pay my salary, when we met, the boss instead lectured me and didn't pay my salary, he reasoned that he would pay it later 3 months at a time, then I said, "from this moment I stopped working for you" and I left of that job.

Those are two different experiences in the world of work that I have experienced, as a man I don't really think about the bitter things that people have done to me, I'm more focused on continuing to walk straight ahead rather than arguing over things that will stop my steps, all events there will be a silver lining, I still believe in that.

Thank you for visiting and reading my experience to the end, hopefully there is a little input from you guys, I'm waiting in the comments column.

That's really not nice at all, why would he hold your salary? How does he expects you to feed and even transport to work? Or did you guys had an agreement before you started the job?

I also don't understand, even though we had discussed the salary issue before starting the job, he ignored the agreement and postponed the time so that I got emotional and left, maybe that was the goal so he didn't have to pay it.

Yes I'm sure that's what he wanted and that's not fair at all.

Working in a restaurant always come with so much insult and the bosses are found of not paying on time.. Can you sue that company or the boss in charge now? You would get a fat check...

Why did some bosses like torturing staff with their stipend. Imagine working for 3 months without been paid, that's wickedness. Thank God you have moved on, thanks for sharing this!

I don't know, yeah that's what life is like, circumstances test a person's personality.

I've also worked as an employee at a doorsmer, yes, as you said, working there is very fun, especially when we get good co-workers, and an understanding boss because enjoyment at work depends on the attitude of the boss as well.

That is why owning your own business or working for the government is preferable. Some of the owners of private businesses are so heartless. How do you expect someone to people to feed when you don’t pay their salaries.

when circumstances force someone to do it then there is no other choice even if it is not easy.
but unfortunately luck was not on my side at that time, hehe..

Wow... that was wicked of him. How will he refuse to pay you for three whole months?
I am glad you walked out of there, some people are just heartless indeed. They think they can take advantage of people.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
