MY CLIENT CAKE

Hello Hivers, good morning to you over there. I was checking through my gallery and I saw this cake I made for a client some months ago I think like 2 months ago before joining hive so I don't have step by step pictures.

This client of mine just called to inform me about our daughter's birthday party coming up, and I will be the one to bake her cake. I told her no problem, though no design and colour was given, she just said I should make it beautiful and lovely.

Ingredients used for baking-
1kg of butter
1kg of flour
4 cups of sugar
Nutmeg
20 big eggs
Baking powder
Cocoa powder
Brownie
Golden syrup
Flavor (I used both powder and liquid)

While I am using cocoa powder and brownie is because I made vanilla and chocolate cake for her.

Procedures:

I cream my butter and sugar until it is fluffy in a bowl, and in another bowl I break and whisk my eggs until it is foamy, then I add my liquid flavor to it and whisk together again.

I sieve my powdery ingredients inside another bowl.

So after that I add my whisked eggs into the creamy butter and sugar incorporate it with flour, when I am done with that I divide my batter into 2, one for the vanilla, the second one for the chocolate. So for my chocolate I add cocoa powder and brownie then I mix very well.

I pour my batter in 2 different baking tin. I have put on my oven I want to use for it to be heated for some mins.
After that I put my batter inside and allow to bake.

So when is done I remove and set aside for it to cool.

For my decorations-

I used icing sugar, gelatin, glucose, tylose.
I sieve my icing sugar into a bowl and add tylose to it,then I used warm water for my glucose and gelatin, I allow to dissolve.

After that I add my mixture into the icing sugar and knead very well until it is smooth. So I transfer to my board for me to knead very well.

So after that I covered the cake, this is the outcome.
