Roasted corn


Well like the title of the post says, roasted corn. Roasted corn is one of food that can serve as an appetizer or dessert and it's usually seasonal. It's common in Africa especially West Africa. Since we have only raining and dry season over here, it's normally seen and eating during planting season which is raining season. It's very cheap and common and usually eaten with roasted or boiled pea, coconut.

From the picture, you can seen roasted corns and the ones that are still in the process on a charcoal stove. You cannot use fire to roast it instead we use hot Charcoal to roast. Friends use it to cool off after a stressful day.
