I forgot the mushrooms

The cold is back. With a vengence. Today there is more rain. It's been good for the flowers. Not that I have had the opportunity to snap any. However, that called for another warming pasta. This time, a pork ragout with a leftover braaied pork neck chop.

In a base of home preserved / canned tomatoes with onions, garlic and green peppers.

It was reduced and reduced and then finished off with fresh marjoram.

I have just realised that I had intended to include mushrooms...clearly, we didn't miss them.
