Do You Think Longan And Corn Is A Match Made In Heaven?

Have you ever heard about it?
Do you like Longan?
Have you ever taste Longan?

I love Longan.
Especially in a black tea.
Though the one that i drink this time is not a black tea.
I still quite like it.

Longan is a fruit that came from a tropical tree species.
Mostly we can find it in Asia.
I dont know if this is true or not but Longan always reminds me of China because before, we can only find it in Chinese restaurant.
Now, we can find it in other restaurant.
Longan looks similar with lychee and rambutan, even the taste is quite similar eventhough the textures of the fruit is different.
Since i love rambutan so much, its easy for me to like longan.
I know some of my friend doesn’t enjoy longan.

Longan and corn is a common combination we can find everywhere.
But do you think they really match with each other?
I personally doesnt think so.
I dont think Longan and Corn good together.
For me, longan is best if we combine them with a black tea.
The bitter and clear taste of black tea with the freshness of longan is a killer combo.
But remember, dont put sugar or mil on the black tea.
Black tea is best when its original but lets save the talk about black tea in another topic.

The longan that i have today is not good.
Its not fresh anymore.
I know that here, commonly we use longan in can.
So its a given that its not fresh anymore.
But this taste like something that been kept for so long.
Maybe, since there’s covid19, the restaurant was closed for such a long time.
So, they might use an old stock.
Since longan is not something people drink all the time.
And, canned fruit can last for such a long time.
I think that i should just order fresh juice.
The price is cheaper and we know for sure its a fresh fruit.

Since im not satisfied with my order.
I didn’t finish my drink.
As we can see I left a lot of drinks inside of my glass.
And I only eat the longan and the corn.
And even that, its hard to eat them.
I hope that the restaurant will serve better food next time.
