Parents Are Truly The Best In The Whole World, They Must Be Angel In Their Past Life.

Today is my birthday but i will save my sekf talk for another post.
In this post i wanna write about this cake that my parents gave me.
So lately, we dont have good economy because if the covid19.
So my family struggled a lot especially this month.
Some days, we only have rice and egg to eat.
Even some days, we dont even have egg.
Its sad but its not something worth fussing over.
We’re still very happy together.
Money is like that anyway, she come and go.
What we cant have today, we can have them in another days.
So me and my family never bothered about it.

I know very well about our financial situation.
Ofcourse i dont ask cake at all.
But i was surprised when my mom and dad came back from outside and bring me this cake.
As we can see, the cake is probably the smallest cake in the whole bakery.
Its so small.
I choked up thinking how my parents must want to give me the best that they can even with all their limitation.
Parents are the best.
Parents are truly like an angel in this world.
I feel so grateful they even raise me so hard, i am older already, they didn’t have to do this to me anymore.
Im not a kid that wants a cake on her birthday.
But I understand my parents feeling.
When we’re young, because of the financial situation, me and my siblings never got a cake or anything, our birthday are just like any normal day.
So we’re used to that already.
Its only in the last 3-4 years, when we already bigger, me and my sister have job, my parents burden lessen and we start to buy cake every birthday.

The cake is from Raihan bakery.
Its a bakery near my house and they make an affordable but tasty cakes.
We like to buy cake or bread from there especially because its so close to our home.

The cakes are taste like pandan.
Which i love very much.
Pandan cake make the cake tastier and we will not feel “yucky” easily.
Vanilla or plain cake usually give my stomach a little bit roller coaster moment.
I dont know about the price if this cake but if i guess, it might be around 30.000 - 45.000 idr.
