[ENG-ESP] DRAWING A LITTLE KITTEN - DIBUJANDO UN PEQUEÑO GATITO

Hello dear friends, I hope you are very well. Today I have made a drawing using colored pencils, it is a cute kitten. The colors used on this occasion are primsmaciolor Premier which have a creamier core that allows better mixing of the colors with a higher quality than the school version. The drawing is made on Fabriano cardboard, which I like to use for this type of drawing. Hope you like.

Hola queridos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Hoy he realizado un dibujo utilizando lápices de colores, se trata de un lindo gatito. Los colores utilizados en esta ocasión son unos primsmaciolor Premier los cuales tienen una mina más cremosa que permite mezclar mejor los colores con una calidad superior a la versiona escolar. El dibujo esta hecho sobre una cartulina Fabriano, que me gusta utilizar para este tipo de dibujos. Espero que les guste.

PROCESS

We began our drawing with a light pencil sketch to make the guide lines, then we began to color with base colors, for this I used orange, orange ocher and ocher brown, leaving some parts unpainted to place light pastel.

Comenzamos nuestro dibujo con un boceto con lápiz claro para hacer las lineas guias, luego comenzamos a colorear con colores bases, ára esto utilicé color naranja, narnja ocre y marron ocre, dejando unas partes sin pintar para colocar pastel claro.

Then with a brush we begin to blur to mix the colors and take advantage of the texture of the paper, as these colors have a creamy tip due to the oil, it facilitates the mixture in a better way, so we can make a good range by combining the colors one on top of the other.

Después con un pincel comenzamos a difuminar para mezclar los colore sy aprovechar la textura del papel, como estos colores tienen la punta cremosa por el aceite nos facilita de una mejor forma la mezcla, así que podemos hacer una buena gama combinando los colores unos sobre otros.

Then we will paint the rest of the body using the same technique applied to the head and face of the kitten. To make the whiskers we use a very fine paintbrush and white acrylic paint, in the same way we will paint other illuminated parts of the fur in the part of the ears and the body, then we finalize details by adding a shadow to the cat so it will give us a 3D effect, like this we will have finished.

Luego pintaremos el resto del cuerpo utilizando la misma técnica aplicada en la cabeza y el rostro del gatito. Para hacer los bigotes utilizamos un pintel muy fino y pintura blanca acrílica, de la misma forma pintaremos otras partes iluminadas del pelaje en la parte de las orejas y el cuerpo, luego ultimamos detalles agregando una sombra al gato así nos dará un efecto 3D, así habremos terminado.

FINAL WORK

This is how the drawing of this beautiful kitten has been finished, I really like this kind of colors and I have been satisfied with the results, particularly I am more attracted to drawing animals and pets than people lol. My cat is pregnant and will soon have kittens, which I hope to draw. Así ha quedado finalizado el dibujo de este hermoso gatito, me gusta mucho esta clase de colores y he quedado satisfecho con los resultados, particularmente me siento más atraído a dibujar animales y mascotas que a personas jejeje. Mi gata está embarazada y pronto tendrá gatitos, los cuales espero poder dibujar.
