Perico en salsa verde/Parakeet in green sauce
Nice Sunday for all the beautiful people in this community. The parakeet is a perfect companion for our breakfasts, lunch or dinner, since it is a very nutritious dish and to most of the Venezuelans we love them.
This dish has four great virtues and its ingredients are present all year round on the shelves, it seems oblivious to the issue of scarcity, it does not require great skills on the part of the cook and He gets along well with everyone. That is, we can accompany it with refried beans, cheese, arepa, bread, cassava, buns, butter, bacon, cream, serum, among others.
Ingredientes-Ingredients:
4 huevos.
Cebollín y cilantro.
Aceite para freír.
Salsa previamente preparada.
Sal al gusto.
4 eggs
Chives and coriander.
Oil for frying.
Previously prepared sauce.
Salt to taste.
Preparación-preparation:
Sauté the coriander and chives for a few minutes over low heat with a little oil.
Then we add 1 cup of green sauce and let it thicken a little.
Add the 4 complete eggs to our preparation and stir.
Add salt to taste and our parakeet is ready to enjoy with some delicious arepitas.
