NEWBIES INITIATIVE TASK 6 : BLOCK CHAIN GAMES AND MORE
Greetings everyone and welcome to my blog.
six weeks gone of the Newbies initiative lecture and trainings. Am so glad to be part of it.
MENTION TWO FEATURES THAT MAKES BLOCK CHAIN GAMES BETTER THAN OTHERS.
- Block chain games are crypto games where you play, you earn tokens and coins.
2.You can also earn Non-fungible tokens(NFT)and you also play to have fun.
LIST FOUR GAMES ON HIVE ECO SYSTEM AND INCLUDE THEIR IN-GAME CURRENCIES.
Splinterlands: splinterland is a card related game and the in-game currency is Decs
Rising star:it in-game currency are starbits and star pro
Psyberx: level 1
Rabona: RBN
WHAT ARE NFTs AND MENTION ONE USE CASE OF NFTs ON A BLOCKCHAIN GAME?
NFTs means Non-fungible tokens.
NFTs are used to aid our strength and chances of winning when playing the blockchain game.
PRACTICAL EXERCISE
Play/start the Illegal Busking mission on Rising Star
I love playing games but this game of rising star it's new to me, different and difficult for me to login but I later logged in. To start the games became tougher but I scaled through.
Firstly: I downloaded my hive keychain to enable me access the game and my account easily.
It takes us to the home page where you click the icon with 3dots, I circle in yellow.
It takes you to the browser and you input the game risingstargame.com
Then you login with your hive user name
Secondly: You click on the start a mission button
This would guide new game players.
STARTING A MISSION
After 5 minutes of playing this is what I got.
