It's what we called "Inatayan". In english we called it a Liver. The original ingredients in what liver it is made was from pork but since I don't have and the only available I have on my stock was the chicken liver. So this is what I used. And aside from the liver I also put some veggies into it which is the carrots and potatoes. Now let's start this trial and error thing since it was my first try.☺☺☺

INGREDIENTS:

  • chicken liver
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • oyster sauce
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic
  • onions
  • water
  • oil

That's it my dear hiveians family. I thought it's going to be error. But I was success. The trial and error first try was successful. My father and sister love it so much. They told me that I should always cooked this dish. And I replied to them, sure why not. It's my favorite. ☺ The taste was good. I can't believed that I really did it.

That's all for now everyone. Keep safe always. God Bless and Thank you for your unending support to my blog always☺☺😘

truly yours,

This looks tasty! Liver is something that most people shy away from, and is something that I absolutely despised in the past as well, but once I tasted it more and more, I find it great! Awesome food recipe you have there as well!

Me too way back when I was a child. I don't like the taste of a liver. But now it's already one of my favorite. ☺

The ingredients remind me of a stew my mother used to prepare in a slow cooker when I was a kid. "Meat and potatoes" is a common American expression, and for good reason.

I also make a stew when I used pork meat or chicken meat. ☺
