"Sarciadong Fish with Egg on Tops"😘☺☺

It's cooking time again. And the dish that I want to make now is that "Sarciadong Fish with an Egg on tops". Actually I've already shared it here on how this dish has made and now I repeat it again but with a twist. To be honest its just the same, the only difference is that I just put an egg on top of it. Now lets begin since were all set.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 kg. Fisg
  • 2 cups oil(for frying and saute)
  • 1 pc. onions
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 3 gloves garlic (
  • a pinch of salt
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1pc. tomato
  • a pinch of seasoning
  • 1 tbsp.brown sugar
  • 2 pcs.egg

PROCEDURE:



(For Frying)

1.Washed the fish first into a running water.

2.Heat a pan with oil in a medium heat.

NOTE:(WHILE DOING THIS IN ANOTHER CASEROLE PUT THE EGG AND LET IT BOIL).

3.Once the oil is already hot fry the fish and wait until it cooked or turn into golden brown.

4.After that removed it from the pan and set it aside first.

(For the Sauce)

1.Cut the condements (garlic,onions,tomato,ginger) into small strips.

2.With the same pan you used in frying saute the condements.

3.Pour the vinegar and ketchup.

4.Stir it well. And wait to boil.

5.Add the remaining ingredients. (black pepper,seasoning,salt,brown sugar)

6.Mixed thoroughly to combined well. Taste the sauce if its good. And if its okay, add the fried fish.

7.Mixed well the fish and the sauce.

8.Removed it from the pan and get the boiled egg.

Were done guys. Just what I've said we already did this. And putting some egss on top was only the difference. What am I trying to say here is that you can do the same and its upto you on what twist would you like to make on it. So for ne the twist that I made is by putting eggs as toppings. The taste of it is more yummier than the usual one. Because the egg complements the tenderness of the fish and the sauce. All in all its so tasty and good.

I am quite picky with fish, but this looks delicious. Is sarsiado same with escabitse? !discovery 15

Somewhat alike. Escabitse cooked without ketchup. But sometimes you can also cooked escabitse with a ketchup
