J. Mark Colmar, a great and efficient lawyer with a nose for the truth, was 43 years old and had more than 800 cases decided in his favor. No one was better than him in the courtroom. With pride he raised his head, walked without looking back, strong footsteps and without hesitation when speaking. But like all successful and dedicated people, he never took time for himself, he only dedicated himself to his work to be the best. J. Mark Colmar, Era un gran abogado eficaz y capas de olfatear la verdad, tenia 43 años y mas de 800 casos dictados a su favor. Nadie era mejor que él en el juzgado. Con un orgullo alzaba su cabeza, caminaba sin mirar atrás, pisadas fuertes y sin dudas a la hora de hablar. Pero como toda persona exitosa y dedicada nunca ocupo tiempo para él, solo se dedicó a su trabajo en ser el mejor. Carente de familia, pareja o amor, solo únicamente del agradecimiento de sus clientes.
En una noche calurosa de verano, los compañeros de mark lo invitan a tomar unas cervezas para finalizar una jornada laboral de costumbre, donde no pudo negarse por que el jefe del bufe estaría presente. Al transcurrir las horas y el nivel del alcohol se elevaba, Todos vociferan de sus éxitos, pero la mayor atención del jefe era así mark, esto alteraba sus colegas donde aclamaron al patrón, “Si el es su mejor abogado, ¿porque no le ha dado un caso de los archivos negros?” Con malicia repitieron una y otra ves hasta opacar el brillo de mark.

Esa tarde sita a los representantes y todos los documentos del caso para empezar con su investigación, para su mayor sorpresa ve que son unos antiguos vecinos donde el residía en su juventud.

Sabia que ellos eran una familia noble sin maldad alguna, compartió con ellos casi 5 años. Después de platicar varios minutos, con la pareja se va directo al caso, cuéntenme que sucedió yo aun no eh revisado los expedientes, realmente no saben que ha pasado y porque involucraron a su hijo en esos asesinatos, sin mas remedio al abrir la carpeta del caso, se percata que lo acusan de asesinato de 5 personas de forma extraña, todos los cadáveres fueron desmembrados y mutilados, en las escenas del crimen estaban las fotografías de las partes de los cuerpos en forma de pentágono y símbolos raros de hechicería pintados con sangres, el arma homicida era un hueso raro de algún animal. Pero lo más sorprendente es que nunca lo encontraron donde ocurrió los hechos, solo lo identifican porque sus huellas dactilares están en toda la escena.

Realmente esto no concuerda con nada, mis dudas las terminare de aclarar hablando con el joven que esta en prisión. Al día siguiente mientras se dirigía a la penitenciaria del estado, viaja en el tren subterráneo y se tropezó con una anciana gitana que al rosar las manos con el entro en un trance y le susurro, “Si hay un problema y te dedicas a buscar el culpable no encontraras la solución y tu mayor logro será tu desilusión”. Pero mark es del tipo Agnóstico sin creer en nada hizo caso omiso de las palabras de la anciana.
Arriving at the interview with the inmate and discussing the time of the permit obtained, he came to the conclusion that it was absurd to condemn this 19 year old young man, with a personality of a 13 year old boy who loves anime and his appearance completely geeky. Al llegar a la entrevista con el recluso y dialogar la hora del permiso conseguido, llega a la conclusión que era algo absurdo, que condenara a este joven de 19 años de edad, con una personalidad de un niño de 13 años amantes a los animes y su apariencia completamente friki. Totalmente inocente, no ubico maldad y sus padres son unas personas dedicadas al bien. Para mark era completamente ilógico lo que estaba pasando y llego a la conclusión de que haría su gran trabajo para sacar a este joven de la cárcel.
It was a long hours of confrontation between lawyers, the trial was completely blocked, the relatives of the victims spat at mark and the prosecutor insinuated bad words, because every situation explained to the judge makes the guilty look innocent. After 6 hours the young man was released.
Fueron unas largas horas de enfrentamiento entre abogados, el juicio estaba completamente trancado, los familiares de las victimas le escupían a mark y el abogado acusador le insinuaba malas palabras, porque cada situación explicada al juez hace ver al culpable inocente. Luego de 6 horas fue dictada libertad plena para el joven.
The greatness and triumphs for the best lawyer, reception parties at the law firm, the relatives in total gratitude, many honors, but as the days went by, the lawyer of the other party was found dead in the same way as the previous ones, this left a bad feeling to colmar, where he decided to go to visit the young man and his parents.
La grandeza y triunfos para el mejor abogado, fiestas de recibimiento en el bufe, los familiares en total agradecimiento, muchos honores, pero al pasar los días, ubican al abogado de la contra parte muerto de la misma forma de los anteriores, esto dejo un mal presentimiento a colmar, donde decide ir a visitar al joven y a sus padres.
At dinner with the young man's relatives, mark observes that they were on a vacation trip to Egypt, where they brought many strange objects to decorate the house. And he sees that the young man is wearing bracelets and necklace of rare stones, without giving him much interest they spent the hours remembering the past and talking. Already to finish and go home he sees that the young man accompanies him out of the house just 1 minute to midnight, and says how about one last beer before you go, when he returned the young man with the drink was another person full of evil, with an aroma of death and says let me take you home, you are the second mortal that supported me in my return to this world. In a snap of his fingers, he teleported him to mark's room, offered him a cauldron full of gold and recited words in his language and disappeared within seconds. In total disarray the lawyer was filled with guilt, he was completely disillusioned, thousands of negative thoughts surrounded his head, so much so that he found no way out and committed suicide.
En la cena con los familiares del joven, mark observa que estuvieron en un viaje de vacaciones a Egipto, donde trajeron muchos objetos extraños para adornar la casa. Y ve que el joven esta usando brazaletes y collar de piedras raras, Sin darle mucho interés se pasaron las horas recordando el pasado y platicando. Ya para finalizar he irse a su casa ve que el joven lo acompaña fuera de la casa justamente faltaban 1 minuto para la media noche, y le dice que tal una última cerveza ante de irte, cuando regreso el joven con la bebida era otra persona llena de maldad, con un aroma a muerte y le dice déjame llevarte a casa, eres el segundo mortal que me apoyado en mi regreso a este mundo. En un chasquido de dedos, lo teletransporto a la habitación de mark, lo ofrendo con un caldero lleno de oro y recito palabras en su idioma y desapareció a los segundos. En total desquicio el abogado se lleno de culpa, estaba completamente desilusionado, miles de pensamientos negativo rodeaban su cabeza, tanto que no encontró salida y se suicidó.
