18 branded items for a busy month of SpendHBD promotion

May 2025 is surely going to a month of serious promotional activity for me in SpendHBD. If you checked my previous article before this one, you would have noted at least two events that I we are planning to do. There is an event I called Hive4Her designed to attract skilled young ladies to Hive and onboard them. Then, there is another event, a product promotional activity to be hosted by Priceless Hairs tomorrow (4th May). The above two are just some of SpendHBD event for May which I have been preparing for.

To get ready for the above event, I set out on making branded materials to be used during the events.

12 Branded T-shirts and 6 Face caps

For those that will participate in these activities, it is very important to show up in Hive T-shirts. So I printed 12 Tshirts for the events. Our friends that will attend, many already own the t-shirts. For those that did not have them, these branded t-shirts would be made available to them so that they could have them and appear in uniform.

For this set, I printed white t-shirts. The previous set was just all black. Since some of the friends liked the white T-shirt, I decided to make a dozen for them. Then for the Face caps, I printed just 6 pieces. The caps are black in colour and should look good together with a white or black tshirt. It took some time for the Printer to finish the job and it's worth the wait. I took some pictures of the T-shirts and face caps which I believe you would like to see. Check the pictures below.

More branding and Promotion

Branding in Hive promotion is as important as any other thing. In this part of the world especially, branded materials convey the idea of originality and creates a good business image. Anytime a group of people come out in branded gear, they are often looked as representatives of an organisation or business.

So going forward, I will be investing a little more in branded items. It will go beyond just t-shirts or face caps. Hive needs to appear in more commonly seen items at home and in the office like in bags, stationary and other items. When these items carry the Hive logo and people see them regularly, it makes Hive a more well-known brand.

For our friends both old and new, I encourage us to always appear in Hive branded gear. Wearing Hive shirts and cap is a way to spread the word. Each person that sees it will remember seeing it elsewhere and that could lead to Hive conversations.

And it's important to attend events en mass wearing our Hive brand. So I use this opportunity to invite all to the events we will be hosting in May. There will be spendHBD workshops, our Hive monthly meetup, the event by Priceless Hairs and others. When we promote Hive through branded material, we are bringing more value to the blockchain we so much love.
