Its a mid week day and I'm still living in the last weekend due to the chaos at home. How is your day going on? I have nothing to say here as much I used to explain everything in my daily post that you must have observed. Usually, in May, we encountered extreme heat every year but this year, this month has been started with a lot of rain and cloudy weather throughout the day. The changing weather is the big concern for me because I have to record my recipes in natural light.

To make any instant coffee, you need major two things along with some others. Electric beater is must to beat the coffee to make it foamy and lovely. Only instant coffee can be beaten like this in the below coffee picture. I used Gold coffee too but that can't be turned into foamy.

Instant Iced Coffee

This is basic coffee with a little twist. I make coffees to look appealing at first sight whether it is basic coffee or something special. I always prefer to look good before sipping.
