Mango Crumble is a dessert which is easy to make with few ingredients available at home even you can make the same recipe with your favourite fruits. I personally tried with Plum, Apple, and Mango and this works perfectly good with all such fruits. Now its your turn choose the favourite one and bake it and enjoy.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

For Mango layer:

NameQuantity
Mangoes Cube sized3-4 Cups
Sugar2tbsp
Cinnamon Powder1/4tsp
Butter2tbsp
Corn Flour1tbsp

For Crumble:

NameQuantity
All purpose flour1 Cup
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato1/2 cup
Sugar1/2 PC
Cinnamon Powder1/4tsp
Butter, softened8tbsp
Baking Powder1/2tsp

💫 Method:

  1. First off, cut mangoes into cube size and put in the baking dish

  2. On top of mangoes, add corn flour, softened butter, cinnamon powder, and sugar and give it a good mix

  3. In a separate bowl, add softened butter along with sugar, oats, all purpose flour, cinnamon powder, and baking powder and mix with hands

  4. Now layered the crumbled mixture on top of mango layer evenly

  5. Put the baking dish in the pre-heated oven for good 40 minutes at 180C or until the upper layer turns into golden brown colour

  6. Let it cool down a bit right after baking

  7. Now you can serve warm with mango flavoured custard or vanilla ice cream

TIP: If your mangoes are too sweet then use sugar accordingly to avoid too much sweetness in your dessert. Thanks
