Kulfi Chicken Tikka | Chicken Tikka Kebab | Chicken Tikka In Oven [EN-ES]

Hey, guys! This is your Chef Malvika

and I'm back with a melt in your mouth Tikka recipe.

This Tikka recipe will remind you of a smooth creamy texture of Kulfi

and the chicken pieces are laced with cheesy spread and are cooked to perfection.

So join me in creating "Kulfi Chicken Tikka."

This Kulfi chicken tikka has 2 stages of marination,

In the first stage of marination I'll take cubes of chicken

In that I'm going to add 2 tbsp. of Ginger-Garlic paste

Salt

and Lime Juice.

Massage the chicken nicely in the marination,

and let it rest for at least 15 mins.

As the chicken is resting, we'll start off with the 2nd stage of the marination.

In that, first, I'm going to add Hung Curd,

Cashew Nut Paste,

Fresh Cream.

Green Chilli.

Green Cardamom Powder.

White Pepper Powder.

Garam Masala.

Chopped Coriander.

Dried Fenugreek Leaves.

Salt.

Let's add this Processed Cheese now..

and now, we'll start mixing.

Once the 2nd stage of marination is ready

it is time to add the chicken into the marination.

Now, let's mix the marination with the chicken.

Now that we have finished with our chicken marination

I'm going to let it rest for a few mins. By that time I'm going to heat up coal.

The coal will give a nice smoky aroma to the Chicken Tikka.

As the coal is heated up, I'll keep a bowl in the center.

Take the coal and place in it.

I'm going to pour in some butter

and close it immediately with the lid.

It's been couple of minutes it's time to remove the plate.

Now, we'll start putting the chicken on the skewer.

Now that we are done putting chicken on the skewer it's time to start grilling.

First, I'm going to take a pan. Switch on the gas.

Add oil.

Once the oil starts heating up, it's time to place the skewer on the pan..

and cook till chicken is 90% cooked.

Make sure you keep turning the chicken on regular interval

so that the chicken is evenly cooked on all the sides.

While the chicken is getting grilled, let's prepare our cheese spread.

In a jar, add Mozzarella Cheese.

With that, I'm going to add some Hot Water..

and blend it to make a nice cheesy spread

and the cheesy spread is ready as you can see.

But also keep an eye on the chicken so that it doesn't dry out

and keep basting in between so that the chicken remains moist and juicy.

Once done remove the chicken pieces from the skewer and place it in a plate.

Place the Tikka pieces on the baking tray.

Then apply the cheesy spread on top of it.

And bake it for 2-3 mins at 160° Celsius.

Once you see the colour on the cheese spread, remove it from the oven.

Now, our Kulfi Chicken Tikka is ready.

It's time for garnish.

First, I'll garnish it with threads of Saffron

and finally, chopped Pistachio.

And our "Kulfi Chicken Tikka" is now ready.

en ek is terug met 'n smelt in jou mond Tikka resep.

Hierdie Tikka-resep sal jou herinner aan 'n gladde romerige tekstuur van Kulfi

en die hoenderstukke is met kaassmeer toegesmeer en word perfek gaargemaak.

Sluit dus by my aan om "Kulfi Chicken Tikka" te skep.

Hierdie Kulfi hoender tikka het 2 stadiums van marinering,

In die eerste stadium van marinering neem ek blokkies hoender

Daarin gaan ek 2 eetlepels byvoeg. van gemmer-knoffelpasta

Sout

en Lemmetjiesap.

Masseer die hoender mooi in die marinasie,

en laat rus vir ten minste 15 min.

Terwyl die hoender rus, begin ons met die 2de stadium van die marinering.

Daarin gaan ek eers Hung Curd byvoeg,

Kasjoeneutpasta,

Vars room.

Groen brandrissie.

Groen Kardemom poeier.

Wit Peper poeier.

Garam masala.

Gekapte koljander.

Gedroogde fenegriek blare.

Sout.

Kom ons voeg nou hierdie verwerkte kaas by..

en nou sal ons begin meng.

Sodra die 2de stadium van marinering gereed is

dit is tyd om die hoender by die marinasie te voeg.

Nou, kom ons meng die marinasie met die hoender.

Noudat ons klaar is met ons hoendermarinasie

Ek gaan dit vir 'n paar minute laat rus. Teen daardie tyd gaan ek steenkool opwarm.

Die steenkool sal 'n lekker rokerige geur aan die Chicken Tikka gee.

Soos die steenkool verhit word, sal ek 'n bak in die middel hou.

Neem die steenkool en plaas daarin.

Ek gaan bietjie botter ingooi

en maak dit dadelik toe met die deksel.

Dit is 'n paar minute, dit is tyd om die bord te verwyder.

Nou sal ons begin om die hoender op die sosatiestokkie te sit.

Noudat ons klaar is om hoender op die sosatiestokkie te sit, is dit tyd om te begin braai.

Eerstens gaan ek 'n pan vat. Skakel die gas aan.

Voeg olie by.

Sodra die olie begin warm word, is dit tyd om die toetspen op die pan te plaas.

en kook tot hoender 90% gaar is.

Maak seker dat jy aanhou om die hoender gereeld te draai

sodat die hoender eweredig aan al die kante gaar is.

Terwyl die hoender gebraai word, kom ons berei ons kaassmeer voor.

Voeg Mozzarella-kaas in 'n fles.

Daarmee gaan ek warm water byvoeg..

en meng dit om 'n lekker kaassmeer te maak

en die kaassmeer is gereed soos jy kan sien.

Maar hou ook die hoender dop sodat dit nie uitdroog nie

en hou aan om tussendeur te bedruip sodat die hoender klam en sappig bly.

Sodra dit klaar is, haal die hoenderstukke uit die toetspen en plaas dit in 'n bord.

Plaas die Tikka-stukke op die bakplaat.

Smeer dan die kaassmeer bo-op.

En bak dit vir 2-3 minute by 160° Celsius.

Sodra jy die kleur op die kaassmeer sien, haal dit uit die oond.

Nou is ons Kulfi Chicken Tikka gereed.

Dis tyd vir garnering.

Eerstens sal ek dit garneer met drade saffraan

en laastens gekapte pistache.

En ons "Kulfi Chicken Tikka" is nou gereed.
