Awesome greetings to you all once more, I just missed some cues and the regularity in making connection with my beloved students and the honoured co-teachers and guests collaborating in the better form of teaching and sharing exceptional and enthusiastic contents and topics,which benefit us all.Being here is just an honour and pride for me.Lets not forget to acknowledge that.
Now,certainly for a moment, I was super excited in diving onto the realm of mixing with the students I have personally, with whom I co-opearte, befriend and talk with that makes great interactions great. Its just giving me enough pleasure that always induce me to forget the pain I hold that comes out of grief and frustration that ranges from my life and the scenario of it.
Thats a plus point for me and an excellent way of forgetting the woes I bear ---thats what the internal satisfaction the teaching profession could make up for.
Joining a class celebration enthralled me for a lot of times and it seemed I was transfixed for a huge moment by the pleasure from it,that I didnt have any feeling of awareness how time flew off and the sun came down onto the horizon.
But,as I went down enjoying the whole scenario, my mind was possessed with a thought which made me to come here and drop my thoughts onto the draft pad, that I think it would be great to share the message with you.
I am talking about nothing but the sole concept of teacher -student relationship and how it should follow on in the times of modern day.I know, modernity brought the new stylistic trend and the mind which surpasses the limit of respect and cordiality once few decades ago,when it was full of those virtues and now students have developed that culture of manner in a distinct way.But still some of the teacher likes to draw a big demarcation line between the students and behaving grumpily towards them all the time when they do make any mistakes.
When I do look this from an artistic and pedagogical viewpoints, where the margin always becomes high in getting the thread of development and the progress of better learning, I do try to make a negative remark for that. Because, if your students do fear you greatly and dont contact with you normally, then you could be so sure that, they are less likely to become great in their career to come.The fact is this,you just created an empty wall in between the interactions, typically they make with others.
Thats a big blunder, honestly.
An ideal set of relationship with your students has to be very soft and tender and at the time multi-dimensional and fluid enough where they could co-opearte and talk with you in a normal way,like they are asking questions and complaining the problems that they are making, and in want of a proper response thry should enjoy a fear-free environment. Right exactly the behavior pattern also has to be like that. You could agree or disagree with that but, --- thats enormously true.
I tell myself every time saying that,your studs are just your friends and study mate. You just need to listen to their demands and focus on the lackings they find and the true contentment remains sound when anyone fulfill that duty with an honest heart.Being responsible for the actions and study excerpts in a clear and transparent way that it gets very easy for them to make an impression and drive by with the lesson they learnt throughout the study process.
I felt the similar and in the going track of visualizing my innner plans, I also do feel light and as I see that their eyes are full of devotion and hearty respect instead of fearful forced showing off of the external respect, the first one is way better for me.That goes on and I do get blessed and in the end of the year,as they graduate and break away from the campus, you know, what they take away forever is, my unconditional love and the sympathy that I showed to them and guided in a safer path of blessings.
You know,I cant describe that how does it feels to be a responsible teacher.It is just undescribable.
