Let's grind some greater rifts!
We got some decent gear and our damage is starting to feel really good. That being said we are still oh so squishy. I think it's a good moment to do some greater rifts and get some CC in our arsenal. After all, defensive stats are great, but CC is another amazing way to avoid damage. On top of that if we get the right gems our damage will be further amplified whenever we hit an enemy that's under CC.
All of that aside it is rather important that we get some other defensive affixes as well. Hopefully this is the stream where everything that we need drops!

Leaning into CC to shore up those paper thin moments is smart, especially with gems that boost hits on chilled or stunned targets. Bane of the Trapped with a slow from your follower or a cold skill can push you higher, and Esoteric Alteration helps tame those spike hits. Are you aiming for that setup or trying Gizzard for a comfy shield while you kite? May the next drop be the one that stops the floor from hugging you.
Picked up Bane of the Trapped yesterday and pushed it to lvl 25. I feel a huge power spike already
Nice, that rank 25 aura makes Trapped carry hard. Are you pairing it with any chill or follower slow to keep it up, or just letting the aura do its thing? Did you slot Esoteric for bursty packs, or try Gizzard for a little shield while you kite?
