RE: The Power Of Smaller Accounts On Hive

I just got into the hive ecosystem in August of this year, I must say many times it can be very discouraging when you put so much time and effort into a post and it receives a 0.04 payout at the end while you saw aa post that was posted right after yours that had a huge 18 hive upvote already so you go open it and read it out of curiosity, and to your surprise it contains less than a complete paragraph. Now im not making a judgement call on what content is worth what payout or vote value, but take it from me, the perspective of new people to the ecosystem is discouragement. I wish there were more direct ways for the many helpful and willing citizens and hive to connect with these newcomers to the ecosystem in an effective manner?
