. If a person is deprived of food or water for a few weeks, then the person dies of his life. At the same time, there are some foods for humans which are healthy for them. And some cause disease. And fruits strengthen human health like apple, banana and pomegranate etc


. But we tend towards harmful things instead of those things which hurt our health. Nowadays, we enjoy drinks like coca-cola and other marinades made with acid instead of natural water, but we don't think how harmful it is for our stomach.
Think of the acid you use in bathroom soaps as the same acid in drinks.And today's youth has become addicted to intoxicating things like snuff and cigarettes. And they spend thousands of money on these things. It is better to buy such a book so that you can learn something by reading it. Cigarettes are for our lungs and not only. Harmful, but also deadly, which usually cause cancer. And not the smoker, but the person in front of him is also affected and causes the disease

Today's children are addicted to snacks and bottles in the dining area and are seen eating bakery goods and snacks instead of healthy food. And children are suffering from diseases like diabetes. We should eat healthy food. Eat fruits and dry fruits.
And bakery items should be kept away from bottles and intoxicants so that we don't have to go round the hospital .
