Burger 🍔 time!

Today is comfort food time, but homemade!

I never stick to the line, when it comes to food. That's how I enjoy it. Helps me stay creative and try new things. Of course, there are basics, but quantities and seasoning can get wings to new different tastes.

Sometimes I do other stuff... too!

It's not always comforting food... sometimes is country food! 🤣

Like this little lamb chops...

Or Pizza!

But again, sometimes golden lava 😭crying burgers!

All homemade... from scratch. Including base... for the pizza. Sometimes made from naturally brewed yeast.

Today was a supper killer!

The Robotnix Spaceship! - invaded by transformers fries... that almost turned KABOOM! 😜 Mistakes happen. Although they were still crunchy as I like them.

The step-by-step stacking...

Pan toasted buns with cheese, mayo and lettuce.

Then stack the first meat patty...

Then another cheese slice and 50% of the bacon/onions caramelized...

Add a bit of mustard!

Stack another meat patty...

And finalize with the remaining of the bacon/onions...

Eating time!

haha thanks, but I'm addicted to hamburgers, when I see one like the one you prepared I fall in love, with yellow cheese and bacon it's the best thing in this world.

When you mention comfort food, I immediately think how things are now with restaurants as I help them stabilize.

Many have flexed to a comfort door take-out/delivery mode and putting their own twist on it. As with yours, makes for some delicious results.

Between the benefits of working with these folks and not being able to train jiu jitsu, I am making strides on #dadbod!
