La verdad es que pintarme tanto el cabello y decolorarlo lo ha maltratado por eso yo misma he aprendido a cuidarlo mucho más, para poder hacerme lo que quiera, pero con tiempo, paciencia y dinero, para no hacer ningún desastre en él que me cueste (nuevamente) tiempo de recuperación.

The truth is that painting my hair so much and bleaching it has damaged it so I have learned to take care of it much more, so I can do what I want, but with time, patience and money, so I don't make any mess on it that will cost me (again) recovery time.

Como ya tenía el cabello negro en la raíz, necesitaba quitarme ese color para poder pintarme todo el cabello parejo, de un solo color sin manchas por aquí ni por allá, por eso decidí hacerlo con una semana de anticipación de modo qué, me hidrate el cabello hoy, y toda la semana y la semana que viene comience mi tintura, y mi procedimiento de cuidado, mi nueva rutina llevará matizador, acondicionar e hidratación de colágeno y acido hialuronico, por tanto llevará dinero y por eso he ahorrado para hacer un buen trabajo, porque sé qué mantener un buen cabello, y saludable a pesar de los cambios, requiere de plata y de ayuda profesional.

Since I already had black hair at the root, I needed to remove that color to be able to paint all my hair even, one color without spots here and there, so I decided to do it a week in advance so that, I moisturize my hair today, and all week and next week I start my dyeing, and my hair care procedure, my new routine will take mattifying, conditioning and moisturizing with collagen and hyaluronic acid, so it will take money and that's why I have saved up to do a good job, because I know that keeping a good and healthy hair, despite the changes, requires money and professional help.

Con agua oxigenada de 30 volúmenes de 120 ml, utilicé 60 ml, con 10g de polvo decolorante llamado blondor, revolví, dejé reposar 10 minutos y lo apliqué con un aplicador por exclusivamente la raíz, y también dejé actuar en mi cabello por 25 minutos.

With oxygenated water of 30 volumes of 120 ml, I used 60 ml, with 10g of bleaching powder called blondor, I stirred, let it sit for 10 minutes and applied it with an applicator by exclusively the root, and I also let it act on my hair for 25 minutes.

Luego retiré con agua y champú y lo hidraté de una vez, sin perder tiempo, peiné y dejé secar, me propuse no utilizar la plancha por dos semanas, así que no lo planché solo peiné bien y listo. Ahora cuando lo pinte de fantasía, color Marsala pues todo será diferente, y se que retener un color tan fuerte, será fuerte, valga la redundancia, pero estoy dispuesta a hacerlo, quiero aceptar el reto y para eso me estoy preparando.

Then I removed it with water and shampoo and moisturized it at once, without wasting time, combed it and let it dry, I decided not to use the iron for two weeks, so I didn't iron it, I just combed it well and that was it. Now when I paint it in fantasy, Marsala color, everything will be different, and I know that retaining such a strong color will be strong, but I'm willing to do it, I want to accept the challenge and that's what I'm preparing for.

No ha sido fácil retirar el negro, llevo seis meses haciéndolo, pero sé qué ha quedado bien y ha aclarado bastante, que quedará un buen color, lo malo es que mi cabello es muy fino, y se tiende a romper y a quebrar mucho, por eso debo hidratarlo constantemente.

It has not been easy to remove the black, I've been doing it for six months, but I know that it has turned out well and has lightened a lot, it will be a good color, the bad thing is that my hair is very fine, and it tends to break and break a lot, so I have to constantly moisturize it.
