Every Monday we prepare for a new week, some of us make small lists that we won't know if we will complete and others get carried away. the real question is are we really ready? Not just ready for a new week, are we really ready to be more present with ourselves without putting so much pressure on ourselves? Are we ready to be a little happier instead of a little more productive?
Cada lunes nos preparamos para una nueva semana, algunos hacemos pequeñas listas que no sabremos si completaremos y otros nos dejamos llevar. la verdadera pregunta es ¿estamos realmente listos? No solo estamos listos para una nueva semana, ¿estamos realmente listos para estar más presentes con nosotros mismos sin presionarnos tanto? ¿Estamos listos para ser un poco más felices en lugar de un poco más productivos?
