Aveces siento todo muy rutinario y veo como mi animo commienza a caer es ahi cuando me toca se mi propia porrista y hacer lo que este a mi alcance para subir mi animo. Puede ser prepararme una comida rica, ver una peli que se exactamente como va a termina, maquillarme un poco, peinarme un poco o ponerme una peluca para verme desde otro angulo, son cosas que pueden sonar tontas pero a mi me ha logrado ayudar en esos dias que siento un poquito de bajon.

Recuerda tratarte bonito, como si fueras tu mejor amigo (porque lo eres).☀️

Sometimes I feel everything is very routine and I see how my spirit begins to fall, that's when I have to be my own cheerleader and do whatever is in my power to raise my spirits.
