Hola amigos de hive!

Comenzare por decir que soy nueva haciendo estos tratamientos así que si tienes alguna sugerencia puedes dejarmela en los comentarios.💛

Hoy estoy haciendo un tratamiento a las puntas de una peluca que es de fibra sintética. Tengo una tienda de pelucas y estoy haciendo pruebas para ofrecer este servicio de restauración.

⚠️Este tratamiento no se puede usar para cabello humano porque puede quemar el cabello y contiene ingredientes que le hacen daño al cabello humano.⚠️

TRATAMIENTO

Primero lavo, peino y espero a que seque la peluca. El tratamiento consiste en tomar secciones muy pequeñas de cabello e ir agregando aceite de coco solo en las puntas (esto hace que el resto de cabello no quede grasoso). Luego paso una plancha de cerámica a baja temperatura aproximadamente 150°C. Las secciones de cabello son extremadamente pequeñas para poder ser muy meticuloso y alizar cada una de las puntas.

ANOTACIONES :
  • la cantidad de aceite de coco es mínima solo humedezco mis dedos y luego los paso por el mechón de cabello.
  • El tipo de plancha es importante, recordemos que la fibra sintética se puede derretir, así que lo mejor es que se use una temperatura muy baja y se pruebe la tolerancia en un mechón que no este a la vista.
  • Estas pelucas se tienen que peinar con mucha suavidad porque es muy fácil que se les salga el pelo, el peine que uso es con hebras de silicon.
  • Cuando paso la plancha por la sección de pelo espero a que enfríe para pasar una segunda vez.

Cuando inicie con la tienda de las pelucas solo era venta, pero en mi ciudad no había escuchado a alguien que ofreciera este servicio y es algo que mis clientes han estado pidiendo así que poco a poco estoy aprendiendo nuevas técnicas para poder ofrecerlo. El mundo del estilismo no ha sido nunca mi plan ni mi gran fuerte, sé que en un futuro podre tener un especialista en mi tienda, pero siento que es muy importante aprender todos los procesos de cada negocio al que entro y entregarle mucho cariño.

Today I'm doing a treatment on the ends of a synthetic fiber wig. I have a wig shop and I'm testing to offer this restoration service.




⚠️This treatment cannot be used on human hair because it can burn the hair and contains ingredients that damage human hair.⚠️

TREATMENT

First, I wash, comb, and wait for the wig to dry. The treatment consists of taking very small sections of hair and adding coconut oil only to the ends (this keeps the rest of the hair from getting greasy). Then I pass a ceramic flat iron at a low temperature of approximately 150°C. The hair sections are extremely small so I can be very meticulous and straighten each of the ends.

NOTES:
  • The amount of coconut oil is minimal, I only moisten my fingers and then run them through the strand of hair.
  • The type of flat iron is important, remember that synthetic fiber can melt, so it is best to use a very low temperature and test the tolerance on a strand that is not visible.
  • These wigs have to be combed very gently because it is very easy for hair to come out, I use a comb with silicone bristles.
  • When I pass the flat iron through the section of hair, I wait for it to cool down before passing it a second time.

When I started the wig shop, it was only for sale, but in my city I had never heard of anyone offering this service and it is something that my customers have been asking for, so I am gradually learning new techniques to be able to offer it. The world of styling has never been my plan or my strong point, I know that in the future I will be able to have a specialist in my store, but I feel that it is very important to learn all the processes of each business that I enter and give it a lot of love.
