Beautiful buildings, in spite of the poor conditions in which they are located. It would be so beautiful if they could be recovered, renovated and turned into a historic district of the city. Too bad, it seems that this is not the intention of the city or the government. Greetings

Hi @francisaponte25, indeed, this is not the intention of the government. The Bulgarian government has never had plans to renovate anything. But there is something else here - these are private buildings. Nothing can be done about them.
