Hola amigos de Humanitas, acá traigo mi primer post en esta comunidad espero que sea de su agrado.

Porque la realidad me asusta, me abruma y me da miedo vivír, más cuándo estoy en mis sueños no siento temor porque todo es seguro y posible
...me doy cuenta que en mis sueños no hay pasado ni futuro, solo un eterno presente lleno de respuestas

En mis sueños no hay llantos ni tristeza porque la muerte ya no existe y el tiempo no envejece

Quisiera estar así siempre dormido vivir siempre en mis sueños, porque la realidad muchas veces me asusta y me entristece.

Hablar de la realidad es hablar de uno mismo, muchos de nosotros pensamos que hay una realidad afuera que hay que afrontar pero en verdad no hay nada que mirar afuera sino dentro de nosotros mismos, y esto suena muy repetido, simple pero es así. Porque si dentro mi de hay temores e inseguridades veré la vida de esa manera.
Mas aún si en mi hay confianza y seguridad la vida viviré desde esa conciencia.

... Y Estos nos lo han dicho todo los grandes maestros espirituales que han pasado por la tierra dejandonos en claro que todos tenemos ese poder interior. Sin embargo todos crecemos en una cultura donde nos enseñan a buscar y no en despertar ese valor propio que todos tenemos por naturaleza. Por eso en la actualidad hay muchos problemas de salud mental porque nuestra mentalidad esta llena de confusiónes que nos llenan de deseperanza.

Si Dios nos creo a su imagen y semejanza porque le pedimos? Si nosotros mismos somos su verdad hecha carne.

Cúando nos alejamos de la verdad soñamos, deseamos que la vida sea buena con nosotros. Más cuando vivimos en la verdad creemos y creamos un vida llena de certezas porque somos Dios en acción.

No debe de haber nada malo en la realidad somos nosotros mismos quien nos alejamos de ella creando fantasías que tarde o temprano se caerán.

Carl jung dijo una vez : lo que aceptas te libera y lo que niegas te somete

La realidad nos duele, pero también nos libera por eso negar lo que nos sucede no soluciona nunca nada y nos lleva a perpetuar más nuestro propio dolor.

A nivel aparente nuestro mayor miedo es la muerte pero si lo analizamos bien nuestro mayor miedo es estar vivo, porque quien vive de verdad no teme ni desea nada, solo vive y crea la vida que merece.

However, we all grow up in a culture where we are taught to seek and not to awaken that self worth that we all have by nature. That is why today there are many mental health problems because our mentality is full of confusion that fills us with hopelessness.

If God created us in his image and likeness, why do we ask him? If we ourselves are his truth made flesh.

The truth shall set you free.

When we turn away from the truth we dream, we want life to be good to us. But when we live in truth we believe and create a life full of certainties because we are God in action.

There should be nothing wrong with reality, it is we ourselves who move away from it by creating fantasies that sooner or later will fall apart.

Carl Jung once said: what you accept liberates you and what you deny subdues you.

Reality hurts us, but it also liberates us, but denying what is happening does not solve anything and leads us to perpetuate our own pain.
