He aprendido que / I have learned that

La edad me ha puesto más reflexivo, viviendo con una perspectiva diferente y una mirada más de trascendencia, hoy, a mis 40 años, puedo afirmar que he aprendido que:

• La vida es alegría y no lo aprendí hasta que me alegré con la felicidad de mis amigos
• La felicidad no es un puerto al que se llega, sino la barca en la que viajamos
• Aceptar la incertidumbre es la mejor forma de navegar por los altibajos de la vida
• Quien entrega el control y permite que la vida fluya, abre las puertas a la transformación personal
• Dios es una religión, cuya experiencia personal de amor y conexión se vive junto a otros
  *Aprender es un proceso continuo que dura toda la vida
• La oración no es un mantra de repetir frases, es un diálogo íntimo con Aquel que me amó primero
• El perdón es el mayor acto de sabiduría e inteligencia
• Los amigos verdaderos brillan con el tiempo
• Es en las alegrías y tristezas donde la amistad se fortalece y germina
• La sabiduría no se adquiere con la edad, sino con la experiencia y la reflexión

I have learned that

Age has made me more reflective, living with a different perspective and a more transcendent look, today, at my 40 years old, I can affirm that I have learned that:

• Life is joy and I did not learn this until I was happy with the happiness of my friends.
• Happiness is not a port to be reached, but the boat in which we travel.
• Accepting uncertainty is the best way to navigate the ups and downs of life.
• Those who surrender control and allow life to flow open the doors to personal transformation.
• God is a religion, whose personal experience of love and connection is lived together with others.
  *Learning is a continuous process that lasts a lifetime.
• Prayer is not a mantra of repeating phrases, it is an intimate dialogue with the One who first loved me.
• Forgiveness is the greatest act of wisdom and intelligence.
• True friends shine with time
• It is in joys and sorrows that friendship is strengthened and germinates.
• Wisdom is not acquired with age, but with experience and reflection.
