Blue Ternate: Natural Food Coloring

Greetings beautiful people! It's me @franzpaulie. I would like to share with you the benefits and uses of medicinal ternate flower. It is known to improve eyesight,loaded of antioxidant, duretic, anti- inflammatory and more.
Blue Turnate
I planted this beside the fence and guided it to trail along until it all spread to the bamboo roof which I intentionally planned, and set up a coffee table under in which I could enjoy a tea time and quiet morning.This plant is known for its medicinal healing.As a fan of natural food and remedy, I can't keep myself from sharing it to my friends.It easily thrive,and you only need its seed to grow one.

We serve blue turnate tea in our restaurant,in fact, there were many who became our regular costumer getting addicted to it especially when they're having health problem. It is easy to prepare, you only need the flowers dried or fresh.concoction or just directly put the flowers into your mug with hot water. You can add lemon or honey also as an option.I prefer adding lemon and honey by the way.

Adding lemon will also change the color from deep blue to more like purple.
Natural food coloring.
Just add a handful of blue ternate flowers when you are cooking the pasta. It will dye the pasta naturally. I have tried it and every time, this makes my kid excited.
You can also dye the rice and it become more appealing.
Water Infusion
Place the flowers in ice cube add water and freeze it. I used to make water tonic and toss couple of ternate ice cube on it.
Or just make it as your water and stay hydrated all day.
