Burgers, Swedish meatballs with Lengon jam

Burger! Anyone?

Is it good to take a day off from work? It's a big 'YES' for me! For sure, costumers would be a little disappointed but I don't really care because health is more important for me. Nothing can lead to an anxiety attack faster than working a million days all in a row. So taking even one day off can help reset ourself mentally. I let all my employees rest too! Hurray! Sunday is rest day.But in the afternoon, we have cravings of our very own burger. So, we were in our resto, couldn't waitt to satisfy our cravings.

The only bad burger is the one you didn't eat. 😄

My daughter love burgers and for her, one thing that makes a burger complete is...CHEESE! She like it serve with melt cheese on it. The advantage if you make your own burger is that you can stuffed generously whatever you wish, I like it when added with sauerkraut, capsicum in vinegar, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes.

A burger without cheese is like a hug without a squeeze.

Have you ever ordered a burger or something from a restaurant and it just comes out with the cheese so perfectly melted? I'm so particular when it comes to food, it doesn't end in the taste perfection, presentation as well matters. The melted cheese can sometimes be the best part of the whole meal. So melt it perfectly, please!

We have costumers outside knocking, not just costumers, they are our friends. How could we say no. They promised to leave so soon as for they are heading out to another island and would be taking a night trip, whatever..I got their orders done!

Maybe you wonder what's in the meat balls. I guess you know how to make potato mashed. so I skipped with that. Let's make meatballs instead. Don't worry it's super simple and easy. You don't have to go to Ikea.Ssshhh I'm giving my patent recipes for FREE! Ready?

Blue rice and Fried chicken.

Some girls also ordered friend chicken and blue rice. I used blue turnate flowers as natural food coloring making it appear blue. It has many benefits. And fresh juice as well.
