Buenas mis panas, espero que se encuentren bien, en esta oportunidad, hoy vamos a habla de una de las tortas de chocolate mas curiosas que me he encontrado en Brasil, mas que nada por su nombre jajaja, pero que en realidad, no tiene nada que ver con su sabor, para que me comprendan mejor, en Venezuela la palabra "Maluca" o "Maluco" tiene en realidad connotaciones negativas, para referirse, generalmente en sabor, a una fruta o platillo que no tiene un sabor agradable, a veces puede aplicarse a personas, refiriéndose a que son amargadas o algo así, pero en general, significa que tiene un mal sabor, no obstante, en esta oportunidad, poco o nada tiene que el nombre, pues verán que una torta que tiene, otra vez, las 3 B en cuanto a gastronomía se refiere jajaj, dicho esto, comencemos.

La maluca es en realidad un pastel de chocolate común y corriente que bien puede ser una torta d chocolate sencilla en cualquier otro pais, diferenciarla, honestamente es difícil, pues no tiene algo así que la distinga mucho de sus pares latinoamercianos, sin embargo, es un excelente oponente contra las mismas, si tomamos en cuenta dos cosas, su peso, y su precio, así es mis panas, vuelvo con la clásica, esta torta tiene la característica de ser aquí en Brasil bastante popular y encima, muy "amistosa" con el presupuesto de nuestra cartera, vale aproximadamente unos $3 dolares, o un equivalente en Reais de 15 mas o menos, de hecho si tienen suerte, puede toparse con ofertas como las que me encontré yo, de lleve 2 por el precio de una, así que si, es simplemente una opción muy a considerar si quieres matar esas ansias de torta, peo como todo, hay ciertos detalles en el sabor... o bueno eso quisiera decir si me hubieran dejado probarla al menos.

Originalmente, no tenia pensado o panificado a hablar de la Maluca en estos días, pero hace poco fue que se e ocurrio la idea y bueno... aqui estamos gente, por lo menos tuvieron la decencia de dejarme un poquito, por lo menos para comentar y probar algo, viendo los resultados de su corta estadía en la nevera, imagino yo, que tiene que ser bien buena, osea, s fuera mala no estuviera asi, a punto de pasar a mejor vida ¿No?

Antes de describir su sabor, hay algo que me veo en la obligación de aclarar, hay un trecho muy largo entre el chocolate Brasileño promedio y el que generalmente conocemos en Venezuela, esto sin menospreciar a la gigantesca industria del Brasil, pero la verdad sea dicha mis panas, aquí el chocolate no exactamente lo máximo de lo máximo, pero bueno volviendo a la maluca y considerando la calidad de su chocolate, creo que es una muy buena opción, super económica, si quieres sorprender a alguien, por decir un ejemplo en su cumpleaños, o si prefieres tenerlo como refrigerio para tus días o ratos libres, generalmente la preferiría con un café, pues siento que su textura es un poco seca, es decir, no tiene relleno como tal, pero bueno, tampoco hay que ser exigentes, mi loco son $3 nada mas, cuando tranquilamente, alguien mas podría revenderla mas cara, en fin mis panas, esta ha sido mi experiencia con La Maluca de Brasil, una excelente torta por su relacion de precio, pero que le falta algo mas de sabor en cuanto chocolate, no obstante, sigo considerándola una delicia de estos lados del mundo.
