What Future Do You See With Crypto?

You know it is actually very difficult to go through the business news without hearing the word crypto. Whether it is for the pump, the dump, the rug, the bankruptcy, or companies and or the regulations. Crypto is now on the lips of every major new house. A lot of people say that cryptocurrency could become a part of our financial future which is what I bank into.

It is no doubt that it is still relatively new, forget about the fact that it was developed in 2009, if we were to give it a social class just like how we give children born at different years, we would refer to crypto as a gen-Z born (Yeah, just joking, but I am trying to pass is that it is relatively new). It is beautiful because it is a self-authority that cannot be overruled by an external force. Cryptocurrency and blockchain are bringing in a new type of money, a new type of investment, and a new type of computing and record keeping.

While we crypto evangelists , cryptoprenuers, crypto enthusiasts, crypto traders, and investors have big plans for cryptocurrency, there are still people who believe that cryptocurrency is a scam, a bubble, a fraud, and so on. When I ask them, they give excuses such as it allows for the payments of ransoms, some people say that it uses so much energy that it doesn't look viable in the future with green earth since it produces carbon emission, and so many still believe that transaction fee for transacting satoshis are still high compared to transferring a such small amount of fiat with local transfers, and that its promise to make lending cheaper isn't yet manifested.

What I tell them I see with cryptocurrency is different. I tell them that I see a future where people can send money from one country to another within microseconds and it reaches its destination at a cheap rate, people can own properties in the metaverse, where people can have secured property rights that are validated by the blockchain, and investments certificates can be moved easily. I see a future with cryptocurrency, so do you?
