I Am Alive Challenge : September 25 2026

Thank God It’s Friday. Hope alls well. Alls well here by the grace of God. Another day with over 10k steps. Think it’s a good day. Night shift hasn’t been easy. I didn’t sleep much but not really my fault. I’d lay in bed for several hours but sleep wouldn’t come. Slept at 7am and slept at 10am when I got home. Went to bed again at 2pm and woke up at 4pm. It was enough to stay awake all night. Hopefully, I rest well this weekend. Have a great weekend y’all.
