Hello to all the ladies of the Ladies of Hive community, happy start of the week to all of you! Definitely, the questions posed for this week's contest, made me remember my Hive beginnings (2020) for its part, made me think about how far I have come, so, based on my experience I will be answering the first scenario which says: A friend of reputation 52 says she no longer wants to stay active on Hive, claiming she can't devote time to it, that the currency is too low valued and that only a few read her posts. What could you do to encourage her and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Others?
¡Hola a toda las damas de la comunidad de Ladies of Hive! ¡Feliz inicio de semana para todas! Definitivamente, las preguntas formuladas para el concurso de esta semana, me hicieron recordar mis inicios de Hive (2020) por su parte, me hizo pensar en lo lejos que he llegado, por lo que, en base a mi experiencia estaré respondiendo al primer escenario que dice: Una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere seguir activa en Hive, alegando que no puede dedicarle tiempo, que la moneda está muy poco valorada y que sólo unos pocos leen sus mensajes. ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos de escritura? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otros?
In these two years of trajectory in the web.3, I have learned a lot of things, therefore, there are several points that I will highlight. First of all, the first thing I would mention to the new member of the hive, is that it will be normal to have lows within the blockchain, in my beginnings I remember very well that I published content, but I was not doing well, however, this made me think about self-evaluation and I realized that my posts were not all good, so I decided to look for better alternatives to edit my covers with the application of Canva. I also decided to improve my writing and layout using both HTML and Markdown languages. Better photographic shots, that undoubtedly adds up to many points. All this, together with perseverance and perseverance. You must consider that both are the key to success, you must fight for your dreams and with time you will obtain very good results.
En estos dos años de trayectoria en la web.3, he aprendido muchísimas cosas, por ello, hay varias puntos que voy a resaltar. En primer lugar, lo primero que le mecionaría a la nueva integrante de la colmena, es que será normal que tenga bajas dentro de la blockchain, en mis inicios recuerdo muy bien, que publicaba contenidos, pero no me iba bien, sin embargo, esto me hizo pensar con respecto a autoevaluarme y me di cuenta que mis post no eran del todo bueno, por lo que, decidí buscar mejores alternativas de edición de mis portadas con la aplicación de Canva.com, a su vez, mejorar mi manera de redactar y maquetado haciendo uso de los dos lenguajes HTML y Markdown. Mejores tomas fotográficas, eso sin duda suma muchos puntos. Todo ello, unido a la perseverancia y constancia. Debes considerar que ambos son la clave del éxito, se debe luchar por los sueños y con el tiempo obtendrás muy buenos frutos.
The next thing I should mention and it is undoubtedly very important is the interaction with other Hivers, the blockchain is a social network, therefore, interacting with other people is extremely essential, see their content, comment, vote and reblog. I remember that before I could not explain why I was not doing well or why I did not get comments if my posts were very good and then I realized that it was simply because I did not respond to comments or simply focused only on publishing and not reading other posts of interest and leave my point of view and impact of that content, so, doing this type of activities will also help a lot for growth and recognition within the platform.
Lo siguiente que debo mencionar y sin duda es muy importante es la interacción con otros Hivers, la blockchain es una red social por ello, relacionarse con las demás personas es sumamente esencial, ver sus contenidos, comentar, votar y rebloguear. Recuerdo, que antes no me explicaba porque no me iba bien o porque no me comentaban si mis post eran muy buenos y después me di cuenta que era por el simple hecho de que no respondía los comentarios o simplemente me enfocaba solo en publicar y no leer otros post de interés y dejar mi punto de vista e impacto de ese contenido, por eso, realizar este tipo de actividades también ayudará muchísimo para el crecimiento y reconocimiento dentro de la plataforma.
Finally, promoting the posts on both Discord and Twitter will also help a lot. In this way, you should set aside time every day so you can apply every tip and see this as a way of learning. With Hive I have learned and discovered that I have a lot of potential in areas that I never thought I would be able to develop and here I am, giving it all and improving for this beautiful ecosystem.
