Reading has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. Therefore, dedicating time to learn and get to know new genres of books has been one of my greatest passions. And the fact is that books make us know infinite stories. If we have problems to undertake new directions in life, through books we will find the keys and solutions; if we want to be entertained, we will get that entertainment. If we yearn to go on a trip, we travel to different places. If we want to have a moment of peace, we will get it. Thus, I begin my entry to the contest with a thought of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, which expresses "To love reading is to exchange hours of boredom for hours of ineffable and delightful companionship "

Leer ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Por lo que, dedicar tiempo para aprender y conocer de nuevos géneros de libros, ha sido una de mis mayores pasiones. Y es que los libros hacen que conozcamos infinidades de historias. Si tenemos problemas para emprender nuevos rumbos de la vida, a través de los libros encontraremos las claves y las soluciones; si deseamos entretenernos, conseguiremos dicha diversión. Si anhelamos ir de viaje, recorremos diferentes lugares. Si queremos tener un momento de paz, nos lo dará. De esta manera, empiezo mi entrada al concurso con un pensamiento de John Fitzgerald Kennedy, la cual, expresa “Amar la lectura es trocar horas de hastío por horas de inefable y deliciosa compañía”

Here are my answers to the questions posed in the initiative created by the Hive Book Club community team.

A continuación presento mis respuestas a las interrogantes formuladas en la iniciativa creada por el equipo de la comunidad de Hive Book Club.

De elegir un lugar o momento favorito, no tengo. Considero que siempre podemos encontrar cualquier espacio para leer, recuerdo que cuando estaba estudiando mi carrera universitaria, solía llevar un libro en mi bolso, debido a que sabia que en cualquier momento de receso tendría la oportunidad de gozar de la lectura e inspirarme. Inclusive en muchas oportunidades mientras estaba en el bus, no podía evitar hojear una versión de bolsillo de mi libro; fue la mejor practica que pude adoptar debido a que lograba terminar de leer mis libros favoritos en un corto tiempo.

Ahora bien, no estando en la universidad, por lo general, suelo leer en casa, ya sea, mientras desayuno, almuerzo o ceno, o cuando estoy sola en mi cuarto, en la sala, en medio de la naturaleza (en el patio de mi casa)...de verdad que todos los espacios son adecuados para mí, mientras exista el momento oportuno para leer, no lo desaprovecharé.

I don't have a favorite place or moment to choose. I think that we can always find any space to read, I remember when I was studying my university career, I used to carry a book in my bag, because I knew that at any time of recess I would have the opportunity to enjoy reading and be inspired. Even on many occasions while I was on the bus, I couldn't help but flip through a paperback version of my book; it was the best practice I could adopt because I managed to finish reading my favorite books in a short time.

Now, not being at the university, I usually read at home, either while having breakfast, lunch or dinner, or when I am alone in my room, in the living room, in the middle of nature (in my backyard)...truly, all spaces are suitable for me, as long as there is the right time to read, I won't miss it.

El género, la temática que tiene...un buen libro debe crear en mí esa sensación de explorar y querer leerlo hasta el final. Me ha pasado en diferentes cirscuntancias que me he animado a leer un libro que a simple vista se ve interesante, pero ya cuando comienzas a hojearlo te das cuenta que no era lo que esperabas y pues te decepcionas.

Por ello, el primer paso para disfrutar de un libro, es elegir el indicado. Y tal cual, como describe JK Rowling "Creo que algo muy mágico puede suceder cuando se lee un buen libro"

The genre, the subject matter...a good book should create in me that feeling of exploring and wanting to read it to the end. It has happened to me in different circumstances that I have been encouraged to read a book that looks interesting at first glance, but when you start to flip through it you realize that it was not what you expected and then you get disappointed.

Therefore, the first step to enjoying a book is to choose the right one. And just as JK Rowling describes "I believe that something very magical can happen when you read a good book "

Tal cual como describí en mi primera respuesta, me encanta leer en cualquier lugar, mientras tengo la oportunidad de leer unas cuantas páginas en el bus, antes de ir a dormir, mientras estoy en medio de la naturaleza, bienvenido será. Hoy día puedo decir que mis oportunidades de lectura como las tenía antes se han disminuido un poco debido a las ocupaciones diarias me consumen, sin embargo, siempre cuando tengo un tiempo libre no dudo en sacarle el mayor provecho.

Just as I described in my first answer, I love to read anywhere, as long as I have the opportunity to read a few pages on the bus, before going to sleep, while I am in the middle of nature, welcome it will be. Nowadays I can say that my reading opportunities as I had them before has diminished a bit due to daily occupations consuming me, however, when I have a free time I don't hesitate to make the most of it.

All three aspects are fundamental. And each of them is fulfilled depending on the type of book I am reading, for example a book with love stories make me want to focus on the characters, especially the main ones, like that romantic story of Romeo and Juliet, Shadows on the artarder.... Likewise, my second focus can come from reading reflective messages, and most of them I can associate with self-help books by author Osho, writer Patria Cleghorn and others. Finally, my book reading can also focus on the intrigue that the plot generates in me, wanting to know what is going to happen, it happened to me when I first read the book Harry Potter and the Cursed Legacy, I remember that in one day I read it, as I was turning the pages I increased my anxiety to know what would happen.

Los tres aspectos son fundamentales. Y cada uno de ellos se cumple dependiendo del tipo libro que este leyendo, por ejemplo un libro con historias de amor me hacen querer enfocarme en los personajes, en especial los principales, como aquella historia romántica de Romeo y Julieta, Sombras al artarder... Asimismo, mi segundo enfoque se puede dar al leer mensajes reflexivos, y la mayoría los puedo asociar con los libros de autoayuda del autor Osho, la escritora Patria Cleghorn y otros. Por último, mi lectura de libro también se puede centrar en la intriga que me genera la trama, el querer saber que va a suceder, me pasó cuando leí por primera vez el libro de Harry Potter y el legado Maldito, recuerdo que en un día lo leí, a medida que iba pasando las páginas aumentaba mis ansías de saber que pasaría.

Disfruté mucho leer tu publicación. Parece que hay algo que todos tenemos en común y es que quizás le dedicamos menos tiempo del que quisiéramos a la lectura, por las ocupaciones de la vida diaria. Es totalmente entendible, crecemos y adquirimos nuevas responsabilidades, pero como dice una frase por allí, siempre se regresa a los lugares donde uno es feliz.

Hola @sofiaquino98 que buen pensamiento dejaste al final de tu comentario, tal cual como describes siempre tendremos la oportunidad de leer y pasar buenos momentos a través de los libros. Si no tenemos tiempo, buscaremos la manera de tener ese re encuentro con aquello que nos inspira y hace crecer. Gracias por escribir y dejar tu positivo comentario, saludos amiga. :)
