Last pool of the year!Last Hive posts also!
Well the title says it all. The snooker hall willbe closed until next year. So better to make the best of it!
Not with the regular company. But only 2 of us and the owner!
Also made some decission about Hive. I did try to reach out. Writing genuine comments in the past two months. No not whale hunting but genuine comment on posts I did like.
My last 2 posts did show that I do suck in the Hive game. The just got beaten by posts about nothing, translations of words in a particular language and so on. These days it is hard to get be skipped by upvotes by the curation accoints. They visit 50% of the posters. But I am not a female, I don’t do photography, I don’t write in Spanish and I don’t make a living on Hive. So apparently the community has spoken.
To bad because at this pace Hive is becoming a dictionary, a photo album and whale hunting. I could write about Hive, which generaly do great. But those posts don’t mean shit in the online world outside Hive. I still tried to be positive about Hive. And maybe there is a future for it. But at this moment, let’s be honest. Real great posts about items not realated to the above, don’t earn a dime. Which is pity.
I still will be using Hive for me premier league prediction module. This mainly because of it’s transparancy. Maybe some Hive stats posts. But I won’t go the extra mile anymore.
It was a great time here and did get to know wonderfull people. But everything in life has an expiry date. Just like my Hive life!

It's a shame, but HIVE is losing too much momentum. I understand your frustration, which I also share; however, I'm going to stay here, even if it's just sharing crappy photos or random opinions. HIVE is part of my routine.

I understand how do you feel about hive, because is same for me, despite I am a woman, but neither the ladies of hive did support me, maybe because I am not from Maduro's country 😆
Maybe there are other reasons, but finally, this is a network, and people are like always are.

I understand, but I am still sad about this.
If I would compare my account to a business, I would have needed to stop way sooner. Or least make some economical decisions. I did try to put some heart and soul in reaching out, but the return was minimal to none.
Yes, we can argue that I should keep doing this and eventually their will be some kind of ROI. And probably it will. But I am not the type of person the chase friendships, relations or whatever. So we will see how it will evolve.
I view mine as more of a hobby and I just happened to get a little lucky with it.
