Crocheting Might Be Next

When it comes to DIY and learning new skills I have always found it interesting to learn how to do the stuff that attracted me. Whenever I'm not on hive creating content or interacting another place I spend sometimes is on Youtube, learning one or two things by watching videos.

For a while now having seen some beautiful crocheting and knitting projects in the needlework Monday community, my interest in crocheting and knitting has been very high and it now ranks as the skill I will be learning next.

I have done some pretty well research on what I will be needing, I have watched and saved some YouTube videos that could guides me as a tutorial. In fact I already have the idea of my first crocheting project.

My son is growing so fast and his is outgrowing almost all the socks 🧦 I bought for him. I plan on starting my crocheting journey from making some beautiful socks for him and if I did well, I might try making him some Cardigans. There is basically nothing one can not do with crochet and it will be interesting to explore that skill set.

I have got some nice and easy to understands videos tutorials on YouTube, the only thing stopping me now is just to get some yarns and hooks from the market and starts practicing.

If I succeeds at learning, which looks much more likely, I will get to share my designs and the process on my hive blog, if I failed as well I think I can still talk about it and laugh over it but I do not plan to lol. One thing I'm sure of is that it will be interesting to talk about how it all goes here at the end of the day.

I'm very sure it will be lovely on him. Learning how to do this shouldn't be that hard as I already knows how to make cap, I just have to figure out the basics.

The channel I'm following and learning from on YouTube, has made the learning so much easy, as all the steps involved are well explained in a clear and simple way.

Just like doing anything worthwhile, I know that at the beginning it might be a bit challenging but I will be ready to dedicate some of my time to this and I'm sure I will succeed at it in the end.
