A special breakfast meal at Kopi & Tarts

I seldom take breakfast but whenever I do, it has to be something special. Yesterday, we went to Kopi & Tarts at Suntec City to have the pleasure of dining at their place and sampling their coffee blends and pastries.

We ordered a few different sets of their breakfast meal and then we also ordered a few pieces of their egg tarts and the cheese tarts as well.

As soon as we received the food, I realized that we had eggs prepared 3 ways. First was the scrambled egg with toast, the other one was a soft-boiled egg with kaya toast, and the dessert was the egg tarts. Because of this breakfast, I was amazed by the versatility of eggs as an ingredient.

We may order each item individually but the set meals seem like a better value because we can have more but at a lesser price.

There are fast-food restaurants in the mall but we rather buy our food at this stall because the food was made from scratch and uses ingredients that are of better quality. The ambiance is nice as well.

I enjoyed the food and I also enjoyed the coffee!

Mine was the local blend called Kopi-C Siew Dai which means a blend of coffee, evaporated milk, and granulated sugar. While "Siew Dai" means less sweet that spells perfection for me, lol.

It goes well with the egg & cheese tarts, I like that they made the sweetness level lower than what I expected. It's just right.

I think I found one of my best spots for breakfast meal. It's also perfect for coffee breaks so this is going to be in my Top 10 food places. I'll be back soon for the tarts!
