Life in a Frame

Hello Liketu community!

I decided to go for another walk and do another session of photowalk. It took me 1 1/2 hours to roam the streets of the city center. It felt good because I can be creative and active at the same time. I could go to the gym and run for 15-20 mins on a treadmill but it's not going to be creative. I prefer spending an hour walking while taking photos of the things and events that interest me.

Street photography is my passion and I find joy in every aspect of it. I enjoy observing people's journeys, and their pursuit of a better life, and capturing candid moments. What truly drives me is the compassion, love, and determined energy I witness in my subjects.

Through street photography, I learn about the struggles many faces but also their resilience to overcome them. It's an inspiring journey to capture life as it unfolds; relationships that grow, an ambition that gives rise to motivation and determination that propels us forward. For me, street photography has been a rewarding experience added to my growth as a person.

From learning the stories behind the weathered faces to how locals of a city express themselves, I cherish everything I learn from my street photography experiences. Each moment captured is like stepping into a window of someone else’s life, and each shot taken is an homage to their story; to the beauty that lies just beneath the seemingly mundane fabric of everyday activity.

It truly astonishes me how much you can learn about yourself and others through merely observing life with your camera lens.

I hope I can do more of these photowalks and be able to share with you more of these "life in a frame".
