Everyone will agree that anger is an emotion- it dominates your thinking and gives a basis for how you see the world. There are multiple emotions that we feel throughout the day and some can accompany us for our entire lives.

Being mindful at this moment during the day would be helpful in alleviating anger as negative stress feelings can overwhelm us during these times. What can determine whether we become bullies in social settings?

The power of mindfulness is to provide clear vision and understanding. It also provides tools to stay in direction and see through your objectivity rather than succumbing to a furry feeling.

Guarding your passion and communicating your viewpoints effectively are the key success factors of being fearless. To be in a situation that allows you to think fearlessly as an individual doesn't mean that observing/being aware of emotions is an easy process. It's like riding a bike; it takes practice and patience to balance your feelings without many negative consequences.

Being fearless takes courage not only from the act but from you as well. You have to be resilient and compassionate enough along with understanding what you really want for yourself so that you can stay focused on the direction. Success comes when all these components come together for the desired outcome but one definitely has to have courage too.

Anger has been a driving force to harness the full human potential and create positive changes, but what would happen if it didn't exist or was limited in its effects?

Some truths that can empower people are that they are entitled to a space in which they feel safe rather than scared, that there are other perspectives from which someone's point of view might not be the only one, and many more.

In any circumstance, whatever the challenge you see in front of you, it is not the end of the road. You may want to get mad and think otherwise, but anger doesn't hold you or keep you from finding your own way out. Accepting all challenges requires patience and looking toward a positive solution for yourself.

It’s not just targeting these people that adversity opens your life. They can also encourage and fuel your relationships, create heartfelt moments in life, and propel you towards discovery.

Amidst the challenges that carry a semblance of sadness we still choose to see progress, instead of stalling in our understanding or altering our mood for the worse. Adversity provides a glimpse into the stoic truths in everyday situations.

Some people are really good at growing from their mistakes, and others have zero tolerance.
