My trouble with paperwork...

(Edited)

I heard somewhere that “seating is the new smoking”. This may sound absurd but it does have merit since I feel that seating on an 8-hour office work will not make me healthier. Being active has been my goal since mid of 2019 and that was one of the reasons why I quit my full-time job and became an entrepreneur until now. I’ve always wanted to run my own business regardless of what it could be. At the moment, I’m trying to juggle myself in both my food business and construction business whenever time permits me. I don’t have a specific schedule on these business and I simply dedicate my time depending on my priorities for the day.

Today, I was set to settle some paperwork for my construction company which is also due for today. Although I was able to accomplish it on time, I realize that I was a completely drained and was a mess when it comes to my diet for today.

While working on the paperworks, I was also munching on some junk food without even worrying about the calories that these foods contain.

Just now, I realized that I consume a total of 1180 calories. It’s almost half of the suggested daily for men my age.

What I had in a span of about 6 hours was:

2 packs of 3-in-1 coffee = 240 calories
1 pack of bread sticks = 160 calories
1 pack of toasted garlic bread = 140 calories
4 packs of chocolate biscuits = 640 calories

That was me pigging while at my computer desk, lol.

That computation didn’t even include my breakfast and lunch meals…

Those numbers are making me want to jog or have a brisk walk but I’m already feeling really tired…

Let me check what I accomplished on my activity counter…

Wah… not even close to the minimum 5k milestone.

Anyway, let me log-off for now.

Update you (Steemians) soon.
Cheers!
